Conan Remotes I Wish Existed

As we await Conan’s new HBO Max show, I’ve been rewatching all of my favorite Conan remotes. Those clips are a comfort of mine because they show a relaxed and sharp-witted Conan being his hilarious self off the cuff. I wondered how many remote opportunities Conan lost with COVID and it got me thinking of which remotes I wish Conan was doing. Enjoy.

Conan + Moira Rose (Catherine O’Hara) go to Bosnia

Catherine O’Hara famously portrayed Moira Rose on Schitt’s Creek and her character filmed a movie in Bosnia. In this remote, Conan and Catherine would visit Sarajevo and Mostar. They can barter in the baščaršija, drink coffee in the cobble-stoned streets, and visit the Old Bridge in Mostar, where Conan can pretend to join the divers that jump off the 67 foot bridge. For more activities, they can talk to locals, try to cook burek, go river rafting, or learn the traditional kolo dances.

Conan + Drake go clubbing in Toronto

Conan and Drake would be quite the pair to explore Toronto. They could hit the town for an evening of clubbing and Drake can show Conan what a night out with a rapper is like as they get a VIP and bottle service in Toronto’s hottest nightclubs. Drake can even show Conan how to dress up for a night out, arrive in style, and properly spray a bottle of champagne onto other patrons of the bar.
