Day 3: things my friends have taught me.
Flow wherever life leads you. Sometimes what you didn’t expect is better than what you wanted.
“You’re allowed to make mistakes and still trust yourself.”
Stop searching for understanding from others. It will only dampen your truth.
Appreciate and honor your body and all the things it’s carried for you.
Small moments of gratitude can save you from crippling anxiety.
Be the biggest cheerleader for your friends. You will all have the moments when you need to lift each other up. Plus, celebrating is fun.
Splurge on a good meal with friends. It’s worth it.
It’s not selfish to chase your dreams.
Be a little wild. It’s fucking fun.
Listen to your friends when they say they don’t like him.
Thank God we are different people than we were when we were younger. Getting older is amazing.
When everything is falling apart, go for a walk. Take a deep breath. Nature heals.
Listen to your gut. You can walk away just based on a feeling.
Leave. No matter how bad it hurts.
“Anger is not always correct but it’s full of information.”
